– 15-year-old Mini Pony mare on lease to Small Miracles from her family. Buttons grew up with her family and learned all she could 
from them in adolescence. She knows what she wants and how the world should be for her; and has no problem demonstrating this to you. She 
loves to trot everywhere she goes, and wants to be involved in all going on . . . as long as it is fun. Buttons loves to play ball in the arena, among 
many other games with our Therapeutic riders. She teaches many life and pro-social skills to all who encounter her. Buttons loves to paint, and 

show off her sassy attitude.

Daisy - 12-year old Quarab (Quarter Horse/Arabian) mare.  Her life a few years ago was scary and confusing. In April 2009 Daisy was generously 
donated by our farrier, Sara Riggins, who had restored Daisy to health and happiness.  She is very pleased to serve Therapeutic riders and 
Equine-Assisted Learning (EAL) students.  Daisy’s story evokes empathy and compassion in our EAL students.

– 19-year-old retired roping Quarter Horse gelding: on lease from his family. He comforts everyone who meets him; he loves to give 
horse hugs. Dunny works hard serving both Therapeutic riders and Equine Assisted Learning students. His calming personality soothes negative 
behaviors, encouraging positive behaviors to take their place. He is a favorite in our EAL programs.

won many Western Pleasure Futurities and Trail Classes.  EZ got his name from being so easy-going and friendly.  His favorite chore is to walk 
with our EAL students as they graze him.
